Michael P. Richman & Claire Ann Richman Selected as Super Lawyers

Nov 14, 2024

The Richman & Richman LLC team is proud to announce that members Michael P. Richman and Claire Ann Richman have been selected for inclusion in the 2024 Wisconsin Super Lawyers list. This prestigious recognition is a testament to our team’s continued dedication to excellence in corporate bankruptcy law.

What is Super Lawyers?

Super Lawyers is a national rating service that recognizes attorneys based on a patented selection process. Once per year, lawyers have the opportunity to nominate peers they’ve worked with firsthand. Lawyers cannot nominate themselves or solicit nominations from others.

In-house researchers vet each nominee’s career history across 12 different metrics:

  • Verdicts and settlements
  • Experience
  • Transactions
  • Representative clients
  • Education and employment background
  • Position within the lawyer’s firm
  • Special licenses and certifications
  • Professional and bar activity
  • Honors and awards
  • Pro bono work and community service
  • Scholarly lectures and writings

After the independent research round, each candidate gets evaluated by a “blue ribbon panel” of the highest-ranking candidates. According to Super Lawyers, no more than 5 percent of each state’s attorneys earn recognition in any given year.
