Attorney James Soo graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024 with an Honors Business Concentration. James earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Boston College in 2020 and worked for a year as a legal research assistant at the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. Before starting as a full-time attorney, James worked at Richman & Richman as a law clerk, gaining experience in bankruptcy and litigation matters.

Kayla A. Holmes

Attorney Kayla A. Holmes is a 2024 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. While pursuing her law degree, Kayla interned with the Investor Protection Bureau of the Office of the New York Attorney General and gained transactional experience as a clinical student advocate in the University of Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic. Before becoming an attorney, Kayla worked as a law clerk for Richman & Richman in various bankruptcy and litigation matters.

Yabing Chong

Yabing Chong obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2023. Before joining Richman & Richman, she spent four years practicing law in Beijing, China, where she developed extensive expertise in commercial and contract disputes. During her tenure in Beijing, Yabing successfully represented numerous high-profile clients, negotiating complex agreements, and resolving contentious disputes.
